YOUR QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
How do I request a proposal?
Share your available drawings, references, desired display size, presentation needs and target date. Titan can discuss the scope around that information.
What affects the quotation?
The extent of the model, scale, detail, materials, finishing, lighting, digital content and delivery requirements shape the discussion. Confirm the included work and exclusions in your proposal.
How long will the model take?
The schedule is agreed for the specific brief, including design information, sample review, production and installation. Share your target date early; this website does not promise a standard turnaround.
Can I review the work?
Titan’s process includes sample approval before production. Progress visits can be discussed with the team. Agree review points and how changes will be handled for your project.
What if the design is confidential?
Tell the team about confidentiality, disclosure and any NDA requirements before sharing sensitive files. Agree the appropriate arrangements for your project.
Can you work without CAD drawings?
The Noor Energy Plant model was developed from photographs. Feasibility for another project depends on its requirements and the references available.
Can you arrange delivery?
Titan provides packing, transport and installation for local and international projects. Confirm the destination, access, schedule and support required.
What should I confirm before commissioning?
Confirm scope, scale, detail, finishes, lighting and digital deliverables, review stages, price, payment terms, schedule and delivery responsibilities. Ask about any maintenance or support requirements so they can be assessed and agreed.
