Describe the final setting

Share the room layout and the intended position of the display. Include the space available around it and how visitors will view the model. For an integrated presentation, identify where the model, control screen and supporting information should sit.

Check the access route

Record the entrance, doorways, lifts, corridors and any site restrictions that may affect access. Titan’s process includes site and delivery planning before installation. Provide available dimensions and photographs so the route can be discussed around the actual model.

Identify power and presentation needs

Where lighting or digital controls are part of the scope, share the available power arrangements and intended devices. Confirm the required connections, equipment and responsibilities with the project team. Requirements should follow the agreed system rather than an assumed standard setup.

Coordinate the date

Provide the target installation date, site contact and any access windows. Explain whether the model is needed for an event or permanent display. Review production, transport and site readiness together when the project schedule is agreed.

Agree the handover

Before delivery, clarify packing, unpacking, placement, installation and any demonstration required. Ask the team about care instructions and any support you need after handover, with those arrangements confirmed in the project scope.
