01 / Input
Share CAD drawings, elevations, available 3D files and reference renders. Explain what the model should show, where it will be displayed and when it is needed. Identify any missing information or design decisions still in progress.
02 / Sample approval
Colour boards and material samples establish the intended appearance before production. Review these against the design references and clarify the finishes included in the scope. Keep the approved decisions available to the project team.
03 / Site and delivery planning
Share access information, the installation location and the site contact. Transport and installation are considered alongside production so the model can be planned for its final setting.
04 / Production
The model is built in-house around the agreed drawings, materials and finishes. Progress visits can be discussed with the team. Raise design changes promptly so their implications can be reviewed before they affect the build.
05 / Delivery and installation
Packing, transport and installation are coordinated around the model and destination. Confirm the schedule, access arrangements and handover requirements with the team. Any ongoing support should be agreed for the particular project.
