We could say this, Gemz is one of the most talked about projects in Dubai right now. We could say, this was the most challenging project till date. With the limited budget and time, we had to achieve the unthinkable. The model was built as a one piece architectural block to save lot of production time to meet the shortest deadline ever attempted. Gemz, was sold out on the first day of it launch.
